The stimulating internet presence with the many great pictures of the properties prompted us to contact Ms. Magri personally. The meeting was very positive and with great expectations we started the sales process.
Our expectations were clearly exceeded, Maddalena Magri accompanied us step by step, also in German, through the complex process of the Italian real estate market, from the pricing to the highly professional photographs to the visit to the notary. Thanks to Corcoran Magri’s independent way of working, our personal presence was not necessary, except for the visit to the notary.
Already after a short time, potential interested buyers were presented and the closing came about within a very short time thanks to the commitment of Mrs. Magri. Corcoran Magri even took care of the transfer of the electricity/water/gas contracts – a great help.
