Over the years, our company, founded in 1987 by Luigi Magri, has conquered the vacation rentals and investment market, becoming the preferred choice of buyers from all over the world, with a special focus on the English and German markets.
We are the first in Europe. Since 2023 we have proudly served our customers with the strength of the Corcoran brand, a world-renowned real estate brand that has captured the hearts – and earned the confidence — of generations of buyers, sellers, and renters.
Today, the firm is led by Luigi’s daughter, Maddalena.
Magri remains a family-run business that’s dedicated to providing the highest degree of client service.

Maddalena Magri
Born in Garda, Maddalena Magri attended her studies in Verona at the Instituto Seghetti. She has been a real estate broker since 1987 and co-founded Immobiliare Magri with father Luigi, who has been active in brokerage since the 1950s. Maddalena’s life experiences in Germany and the United States have helped her build an international clientele. Her philanthropic passions led her to lead the Mission Bambini initiative, which allows to support the school education of children in disadvantaged areas in South America and Southeast Asia.
“I consider myself a sensible and emotional person,” she says. “These characteristics are recognized by my clients and have allowed me to approach, deepen, and meet people’s individual needs. Seriousness, reliability and attention to serve the clients are the characteristics that I brought to the company and that I continue to pass on to all the collaborators and agents who are part of the Corcoran Magri Properties team. The purpose of helping people realize their dreams helps me to manage every negotiation with passion.”
