When Real Estate Meets Art: Corcoran Magri Properties Opens Its Spaces to Contemporary Expression
When space becomes experience, real estate transcends its own boundaries.
Corcoran Magri Properties demonstrated this in its Verona offices, transforming them into a meeting point between architecture, art, and contemporary vision. Not a simple change of function, but an evolution of the very concept of space: from a place to inhabit to a place to live, interpret, and rediscover.
For one evening, real estate and art intertwined in a natural dialogue, where every environment took on a new meaning, becoming an active part of a narrative shaped by material, aesthetics, and exploration.

Il dado è tratto: matter, structure, meaning
At the heart of the evening was the sculpture Il dado è tratto by Sebastiano Zanetti.
Created in 2016 for the reopening of the Palazzo delle Poste in Verona, the work originates as a reflection on the 20th-century architecture designed by Ettore Fagiuoli.
A piece that starts from an essential form and transforms it into a strong physical presence—almost architectural—capable of engaging in dialogue with the surrounding space.
A sculpture that changes depending on the viewer’s movement, breaking apart and recomposing itself through perception, creating a direct relationship with those who experience it.
After being exhibited in the show POST, memoria e retorica della città, it now finds a new placement within the Verona spaces of Corcoran Magri Properties, taking on an additional meaning: that of a connecting element between art and environment, research and everyday life.

From form to process: the work of Sebastiano Zanetti
Alongside the sculpture, the exhibition continues with other works by the artist, where the language shifts, becoming more open and fluid.
What defines Zanetti’s approach is precisely the space he leaves for error, which becomes an integral part of the work: his pieces do not seek a definitive conclusion, but remain in balance, suspended—like fragments of an ever-evolving process.
An approach that places research at the center rather than the result, conveying the idea of a living, continuously evolving art.

Giunzione: when matter becomes language
Among the works on display, Giunzione stands out as one of the most significant pieces in the exhibition.
A canvas that interacts with a steel structure designed by Fabio Borz, where the frame ceases to be a secondary element and becomes an integral part of the artwork itself.
Steel and painting meet, creating a subtle balance between rigidity and gesture, between construction and freedom.
A work that perfectly embodies the essence of the evening: cross-contamination, collaboration, openness.

A network of collaborations
The event was born from a dialogue between different realities, united by the desire to create something that goes beyond individual fields.
Arena Studio d’Arte, the artist’s reference gallery, supported the curatorial project.
Marmi Regina contributed by providing the material that shapes the sculpture.
Borz Cucine Industriali brought a design vision linked to steel and to the structure of Giunzione.
Natiia Vini completed the experience, adding a sensory dimension that made the evening even more immersive.
Different skills intertwine, just as they do within the exhibited works.

Beyond real estate: a space that evolves
This evening was not just an event, but a statement of vision.
Corcoran Magri Properties shows that space is never neutral: it can become narrative, experience, relationship. Just like a work of art, a property comes to life through those who move through it, interpret it, and transform it.
It is at this intersection that real estate and art cease to be separate worlds and begin to speak the same language: that of form, material, and possibility.
