Architect’s villa

Conceived and built by the architect Libero Cecchini, a visionary Veronese architect, Villa Grazia is located on the outskirts of Verona still immersed in the Valpolicella vineyards. The property set in a park of about 10,000 square meters including tall trees, flowering bushes, rose gardens, essences, a tennis court and bowling lane, exudes emotions and hints of the past. The stucco walls and ceilings, the exposed concrete inserts, the solid wood paneling, the Verona red, Portuguese pink and Biancone Valpolicella marble floors, the full-height open spaces with central fireplace, as well as the staircase, convey an architectural harmony and a feeling of comfort that only the ingenious planning of a globally recognized architect, also a teacher at the Polytechnic University of Milan, can give. The spaces are divided into: entrance hall, dining room, very large living room, billiard room, further dining space/TV room with separate kitchen and library on the mezzanine floor; 4 large bedrooms with bathroom, gym, various spaces used for processing and Finnish sauna on the first floor. In the first basement we find the library and the corner of the works overlooking the huge and wonderful swimming pool. The apartment for the housekeeper and caretaker with separate access, the large garage, the carport and the porticoed barn complete the property.
