Expo Properties in Warsaw: A Success for the Italian Real Estate Sector

On October 4th and 5th, 2024, we participated in the Expo Properties in Warsaw, a major international event for the real estate sector, held at the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel. As an Italian company, it was a great opportunity to present our real estate offerings and strengthen our presence in the foreign market. The fair, both intimate and dynamic, fostered productive meetings between exhibitors and visitors, offering an ideal environment for exchanges and new opportunities.

Warsaw, with its central location and rapid economic growth, proved to be a strategic choice, confirming itself as a key reference point for the real estate sector in Eastern Europe.

A Focused and International Atmosphere

The choice to host the event in a conference space within a hotel gave the fair an intimate and focused feel. Unlike larger events held in vast pavilions, the compact atmosphere of this Expo allowed visitors to easily move between booths, interacting with various agencies, many of which came from Southern Europe and Dubai.

Attendance was high, with a significant participation of international visitors, confirming the appeal of the event, which positioned itself as a key meeting point for the European real estate sector.

Emerging Market Trends

One of the key insights from the fair was the growing interest in the Italian residential real estate market, both from investors and consumers. Italy continues to be a reference point, attracting clientele drawn to its natural beauty, culture, and investment opportunities, especially in luxury properties, historic villas, and mountain chalets.

In particular, we noticed strong curiosity about our key areas such as Venice, Verona, Cortina, and Lake Garda—destinations that have long attracted German and British buyers but are now seeing increased interest from Polish clients as well. This demonstrates how Italy remains a prime destination for international investors looking for both tourist and residential opportunities.

Valuable Networking

In addition to showcasing our properties, Expo Properties provided an excellent platform for networking. We had the opportunity to meet with real estate professionals, specialists in accounting, taxation, and legislation. These encounters were fundamental in better understanding the Polish market and its potential.

Engaging with professionals from diverse sectors added value to our future strategies, offering new perspectives and reinforcing our decision to participate in the fair. The relationships we established will undoubtedly help facilitate future collaborations and business opportunities, both in the Polish and international markets.

Positive Outcomes and Future Prospects

Our experience at the Expo Properties in Warsaw was extremely positive. We were impressed by the interest shown in our country and the numerous business opportunities that emerged during the event. Visitors expressed a strong appreciation for Italy, not only for its aesthetic and cultural qualities but also for the long-term investment opportunities offered by our properties.

Looking ahead, we are confident that the Italian real estate market will continue to attract international investors, with growing interest from emerging countries like Poland. The areas we serve, such as Verona, Lake Garda, Cortina and, soon, Venice, will continue to be attractive poles for those seeking exclusive properties, both for personal use and as investments. We are convinced that international collaboration will be essential to sustain this growth and to adapt to new market demands.
