Corcoran Continues to Grow in Europe: Welcome to Corcoran Micasamo in Spain
The international expansion of Corcoran continues.
Following the addition of new affiliated companies across Europe, the brand has now announced the opening of its first affiliate in Spain: Corcoran Micasamo.
Based in the Murcia region and led by Darren Brown, Corcoran Micasamo will operate across Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida, and Costa Almería — some of the most sought-after destinations among international buyers thanks to their climate, lifestyle, and strong real estate appeal.
The move into Spain represents another important step in the European growth of the Corcoran network, which in recent years has strengthened its international presence while maintaining a clear identity: combining strategic marketing, property positioning, and an increasingly global vision of real estate.

Founded in 2019 and operating full-time since 2021, Micasamo Realty quickly established itself within the Spanish market through a highly branding-oriented approach focused on digital marketing and international buyers, particularly those from the United Kingdom and Northern Europe.
One of the factors that contributed to the company’s growth was also the television presence of Darren and Natalie Brown on the British TV show Sun, Sea and Selling Houses, which over the years significantly increased the brand’s visibility among foreign investors interested in the Spanish property market.
The areas covered by Corcoran Micasamo are now considered among the most attractive real estate markets in the Mediterranean.
Northern Costa Blanca mainly appeals to an international luxury audience looking for contemporary villas, second homes, and sea-view properties. Costa Cálida and Costa Almería, meanwhile, are attracting increasing attention thanks to their strong growth potential and a quality-price ratio that remains highly competitive compared to other European destinations.
Pamela Liebman, President & CEO of Corcoran, described Spain as “one of the most exciting real estate destinations in Europe,” highlighting how the Corcoran Micasamo team successfully built a recognizable business through professionalism, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the international client.
Darren Brown also emphasized the importance of finding an international brand capable of sharing the same values without losing its local identity — a vision that perfectly reflects the approach of the Corcoran network across Europe.
For Corcoran Magri Properties, seeing the network expand into new European markets means continuing to be part of an international reality in constant evolution, increasingly connected to a global audience and to a contemporary vision of real estate built around relationships, marketing, lifestyle, and strategic positioning.
Corcoran’s growth in Europe continues.
And this time, it speaks Spanish.
